Private Practice Training:
RTC will train you and other clinicians in your practice on client-facing strategies to effectively address issues of addiction, co-dependency and enabling, damaged trust, and other other areas of dysfunction that may affect individuals and/or family dynamics. The trainings can include but are not limited to: co-dependency, family dynamics, working with age groups from adolescents to adults, and maintaining an appropriate and repeatable structure for counseling sessions.
And while our trainings will be specific to managing an active caseload in the private practice model, we can help you tailor your approach and offerings to a broad or unique demographic across any age group.

Marketing Strategies: RTC has extensive experience in marketing treatment programs and services to local audiences. Timely Compensation and Reimbursement
RTC trains administrative staff in billing and receiving timely reimbursement from insurance entities. RTC call also help train staff to accommodate private party billing methods.
